Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
  • Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed about their application status.
  • Collaborate closely with the hiring teams at company, ensuring a seamless and thorough recruitment experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the ATS.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant full-cycle of recruiting experience.
  • Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent to HR or Recruitment field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data for reporting purposes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
