Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
- Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates.
- Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed about their application status.
- Collaborate closely with the hiring teams at company, ensuring a seamless and thorough recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the ATS.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant full-cycle of recruiting experience.
- Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent to HR or Recruitment field.
- Fluent in English.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data for reporting purposes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
