Responsibilities
- Response to customer inquiries via communication channels
- Resolve customer issues, concerns and offer technical support
- Collaborate with other teams to address complex issues

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency speaking and writing in English and Malay
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customer inquiries.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with the products or services offered.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
- Own a laptop, stable internet connection
