Customer Support Agent

Responsibilities

  • Response to customer inquiries via communication channels
  • Resolve customer issues, concerns and offer technical support
  • Collaborate with other teams to address complex issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency speaking and writing in English and Malay
  • Patience and empathy in dealing with customer inquiries.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with the products or services offered.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
  • Own a laptop, stable internet connection
