Responsibilities
- Response to customer inquiries via communication channels.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency speaking and writing in English and Malay.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customer inquiries.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with the products or services offered.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
- Own a laptop, stable internet connection.
