Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates;
- Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications;
- Conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers;
- Handle communication with and between candidates/applicants and the HR department;
- Thoroughly vet candidates and make recommendations on the most effective interviewing teams to reduce the time from selection to offer;
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring;
- Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure success.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant full-cycle of recruiting experience;
- Exposure to local and international recruitment (Asia like from Indonesia, Singapore, India, Thailand, etc) would be a bonus;
- Ability to analyse data to comprehend technical jobs, review resumes, and evaluate candidates;
- Digital savvy;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proactive attitude Solution orientation;
- The habit of analysing one’s work on subject of strengths and weaknesses;
- Fluent in English;
- Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent to HR or Recruitment field.
