Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates;
  • Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications;
  • Conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers;
  • Handle communication with and between candidates/applicants and the HR department;
  • Thoroughly vet candidates and make recommendations on the most effective interviewing teams to reduce the time from selection to offer;
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring;
  • Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure success.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant full-cycle of recruiting experience;
  • Exposure to local and international recruitment (Asia like from Indonesia, Singapore, India, Thailand, etc) would be a bonus;
  • Ability to analyse data to comprehend technical jobs, review resumes, and evaluate candidates;
  • Digital savvy;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proactive attitude Solution orientation;
  • The habit of analysing one’s work on subject of strengths and weaknesses;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent to HR or Recruitment field.
