Business trainer

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new Business Development team members
  • Design and deliver sales-focused training sessions, including communication and negotiation techniques
  • Monitor team adherence to sales strategies, offering guidance for consistency
  • Evaluate and address knowledge gaps through tests, courses, and workshops
  • Collaborate to identify training needs and tailor programs
  • Stay updated on industry trends for relevant and current training
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning within the department
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support for personal and professional growth
  • Track training metrics to enhance team performance

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of Sales, Partnership, and/or Business Development experience
  • Proven success in international markets
  • Team management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership abilities and proactive Sales competency
  • Track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
  • Strong facilitation skills for virtual and in-person training
  • In-depth understanding of business principles
  • Experience in training areas like sales, communication, strategy, and customer service
  • High integrity and dependability
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced global environment
  • Excellent team player
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Malay
