Responsibilities
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new Business Development team members
- Design and deliver sales-focused training sessions, including communication and negotiation techniques
- Monitor team adherence to sales strategies, offering guidance for consistency
- Evaluate and address knowledge gaps through tests, courses, and workshops
- Collaborate to identify training needs and tailor programs
- Stay updated on industry trends for relevant and current training
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the department
- Provide ongoing coaching and support for personal and professional growth
- Track training metrics to enhance team performance
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of Sales, Partnership, and/or Business Development experience
- Proven success in international markets
- Team management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership abilities and proactive Sales competency
- Track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
- Strong facilitation skills for virtual and in-person training
- In-depth understanding of business principles
- Experience in training areas like sales, communication, strategy, and customer service
- High integrity and dependability
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced global environment
- Excellent team player
- Fluent proficiency in English and Malay
