– At least 1 year of experience in recruitment;
– At least 1 year of experience in hr administration;
– At least upper-intermediate level of English;
– Advanced PC user;
– People-oriented mindset, excellent co-worker and motivator;
– Ability to detect arising problems and solve them effectively;
– Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills;
– Very attentive to details;
– Desire to learn and develop in an international company;
– Activity, initiative, responsibility, punctuality;
– Experience in IT industry is a plus but not obligatory;
– Experience in HR.
